A cocktail mingling the flavours of champagne, Isautier white rum and passionfruit.

Ingredients for one person :

  • 4 cl 40° Isautier white rum
  • 2 cl Crème de Banane Jaune Monin (yellow banana cream)
  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • 1 cl vanilla syrup
  • 1.5 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl champagne

Preparation

  1. Cut the passionfruit in two, pour the pulp into the shaker.
  2. Add the vanilla syrup, the banana cream, the lime juice and the white rum.
  3. Fill the shaker to 1/3 with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Filter twice into a Martini glass through a strainer.
  6. Use half a passionfruit for decoration.
  7. Pour the champagne into a shooter glass.
  8. Drink the cocktail switching between the flavour of the Passion Star and the champagne.
