- 5 cl 5 year-old Isautier rum
- 4 teaspoons home-made mashed pumpkin with ginger and cinnamon
- 0.5 cl vanilla syrup
- 1.5 cl lime juice
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Filter into a champagne glass.
