Au cœur des forêts luxuriantes de La Réunion, la fraîcheur des cascades a inspiré une recette singulière : l’Arrangé Tropical.
Cette création marie le combava, petit agrume délicat typique de la cuisine réunionnaise, à la fraîcheur de la menthe, pour une expression fruitée, végétale et équilibrée.
L’assemblage donne un profil harmonieux où se mêlent des notes fraîches, une pointe d’amertume et une sensation végétale qui évoque la vitalité de la nature réunionnaise.

Dans le cadre des 180 ans de la Maison Isautier, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir @nico2soto, bartender de renom, pour une immersion au cœur de notre univers.
De la distillerie au chai, il a découvert les lieux, les gestes et le savoir-faire qui font l’identité d’Isautier depuis 1845.
Une visite placée sous le signe de la transmission, de l’échange et de la découverte de notre patrimoine réunionnais.

As part of Maison Isautier’s 180th anniversary celebrations, we had the pleasure of welcoming reowned bartender @nico2soto for an immersion into the heart of our world.
From the distillery to the cellar, he discovered the places, techniques, and expertise that have defined Isautier’s identity since 1845.
The visit was all about sharing, exchanging, and discovering our Réunion heritage.
