Au nez, il se distingue par ses notes rondes et gourmandes. En bouche, la saveur du fruit s`associe à des notes de caramel fondu.

Since its creation, the Arrangé Banane Flambée has been one of Maison Isautier’s iconic products. An original recipe, conceived and developed by our teams in Saint-Pierre, Réunion. On the nose, it stands out for its rounded, indulgent notes. On the palate, the flavour of the fruit blends with notes of melted caramel.

Since 1845, Maison Isautier has been writing its history on the island of Réunion. A history that can be touched, observed and read — through every object preserved in our archives. From the tools of yesteryear to period distillation equipment, each item bears witness to the evolution of a craft passed down from generation to generation.

From handwritten registers to original stills, our archives constitute a rare and precious record of Réunion’s industrial and family history. Some of these artefacts can be viewed at the La Saga du Rhum museum.
