- 6 cl Isautier 40° white rum
- 8 cl chaï tea (milk infused with cardamom tea, ginger and cinnamon)
- 2 cl lime juice
- 2 cl honey syrup
- 2 drops of bitter curry
- Put all the ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Filter into a jam jar filled with crushed ice.
