Ingredients

  • 3 cl white rum
  • 3 cl Rhum Brun Isautier Barrik (Isautier matured rum)
  • 2 cl Frangelico liqueur
  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl home-made sugar syrup
  • 2 drops Teapot Bitter

Preparation

  1. Pour the white rum, the Frangelico liqueur, the lime juice and the syrup into a shaker.
  2. Shake, then pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Using a mixing spoon, slowly pour in the matured rum, leaving the liquids in layers.
  4. Add the Teapot Bitter.
  5. Squeeze in the zest of orange and leave it in the glass.
