Type of glass: Hurricane Glass

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Rhum Brun Isautier Barrik (Isautier matured rum)
  • 1.5 cl Amarula
  • 8 cl pineapple juice
  • 2.5 cl Monin coconut liqueur
  • 1 dash of orange blossom water
  • 1 sprinkling of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the cinnamon, into a shaker filled with ice. 
  2. Shake
  3. Filter twice into a glass previously filled with ice
  4. Finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon
