This liqueur is a celebration of a Réunion Island speciality:  the sweet potato gateau – a traditional and iconic dessert: this tantalizing and scrumptious “douceur d’arrangé” conjures up childhood memories of a homemade cake fresh out of the oven!

Flavours
The aromas are nicely complex with superb notes of patisserie, aniseed and vanilla.  On the palate, the flavours are rich, delicate and moreish with a pleasingly smooth, rounded texture.

Enjoy chilled as an aperitif, digestif or in a cocktail.
